The St. Regis Spa & Club has a 465 square metre fitness centre
which contains state-of-the-art training equipment.
On site fitness instructors will be available to design training programs
to meet your individual needs. In addition, aerobics classes
will be available every day in the separately enclosed aerobics room.

The facilities also include two squash courts, an eight lane bowling centre, snooker and pool rooms and a golf driving area with putting green that will help you tune up the finer points of your game.

Members of The St. Regis Spa & Club will be automatically enrolled into The St. Regis Gourmet Club which provides members with a 20% discount on restaurants and bars.
