Xianzai is committed to preventing unsolicited bulk email (a.k.a. "Spam").

Every email message that is sent from Xianzai software includes an email link to unsubscribe from the list that originated the message. You can visit this page to get more information about how easy it is to unsubscribe.

Our award-winning software and services verify that an "unsubscribe link" is included in every outgoing message which corresponds to the recipient's email address. If the email message in question does NOT have an unsubscribe link, it did not originate from Xianzai. You can verify this by viewing the detailed header information in the message and doing a reverse DNS look up.

To report any abuse or violations of the Xianzai service, please contact us and attach an unedited message copy that you feel was sent to you in error or without your permission. Include all message header information so that we can trace the origin of the message. Also include any notes or other information that you feel are pertinent.
