Suramericana The Flavours of South America For 10 days in July from Friday 17th to Sunday 26th, Infinity will present the best of South America from Venezuela to Peru to Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. The buffet features Chuchitos (Stuffed cornmeal dumplings), Cebiche de Camarones (Peruvian marinated shrimp), Carne en Adobo (Slow braised beef in spicy sauce), Arepas (Venezuelan corn cakes) and many other traditional South American dishes. Churrasco (Brazilian barbecue) will be the centrepiece of a full buffet which features cold seafood, salads, hot and cold Western and Asian dishes and beautifully presented desserts.
