Cold Noodles Delight At Kasumi
Most of Japan gets very hot and humid in the summer. To combat the heat, a number of dishes meant to be eaten
cold have been developed.
Our very own Chef Alan Yue has created some colorful yet delicious Japanese cold noodles in conjunction with Japanese summer. Sesame, onion, ginger and momiji are accompanied by four different types of tasty noodles and a bottle of cold soya lemon sauce to cool them down and
raise the flavor of the noodles.
There’s nothing more refreshing to eat on a hot summer day! Check it out!
