Robert H.Smith School of Business at Univesity of Maryland
is an internationally recognized leader in management education
and research for the digital economy. The Smith School Executive
MBA in China prepares graduates to lead organizations

The Smith Executive MBA is a 54-credit, 18-month program –

Dr. Amna Kirmani
|
| Amna
Kirmani is Professor of Marketing at the Robert H. Smith School
of Business at the University of Maryland. She received her
PhD from Stanford University in 1988, and has served on the
faculty of Duke University, the University of Florida and
Southern Methodist University. Her research interests include
consumers' inferences of product quality from marketing signals,
consumers' use of persuasion knowledge, and branding. Her
work has been published in several journals, including the
Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research,
Journal of Marketing, and Journal of Consumer Psychology.
Her papers have won the Paul Green Award in the Journal of
Marketing Research, the Maynard Award in the Journal of Marketing,
and the Best Paper Award in the Journal of Advertising. She
serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Marketing,
the Journal of Marketing Research, and the Journal of Interactive
Marketing. |
