I thought Vics was just having a new paint-job. Instead I found that they have not just completely stripped the joint, but have also taken over half of Outback Steakhouse as well! Entering through a doorway that looks like it came out of '2001: A Space Odyssey', the first thing that hits you is the fact there are not only two floors but also two flights of stairs. The first of these is the 'Relaxation Zone' where minimalist furmiture and trance music are combined; downstairs is the old 'Vics Zone' with hip hop and R'n'B tunes booming out of the new sound system. Add: North Gate of Worker's Stadium, TEL: (8610) 6593 6215
