Job Summary:

Working knowledge of salary, employment and benefits administration and payroll.
Must possess computer abilities including Word - Excel - Access - Payroll program.
Most have the ability to create, implement and monitor hotel goals, strategies and policies.
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: 3 or 5 years of extensive human resources experience. Line operations management and labor related.
Salary range: RMB 7,000 - 9,000 per month base on experience
