Situated on the fourth floor of the State Guest Hotel, this beautiful covered garden courtyard is surrounded by the main Hotel building.

Arranged in an elegant Western garden style, the synthetic lawn is dotted by four Banyan trees planted in gritted pots, with heights ranging from 6.5 to 7 meters. The crowns of the trees are 6 meters in diameter. The walls on all sides are made of sandstone, giving the sense of a real outside garden.

The buffet table standing in the middle of the garden is circled by stone materials with moveable flowerpots on top. The surrounding racks give the setup a balcony effect.

The garden is adjacent to the swimming pool, parted by transparent glass in order to enlarge the space while at the same time to divide according to function. The garden and pool provide a visual combination of the concepts of spirit and substance.

At night, three wrought iron pavilions light up in the Garden, giving the effect of a beautiful European "Tivoli" garden. One has a stage area that can be utilized for small performances. These areas are covered with green plants, leaves and garden seats where guests may relax any season of the year. The roof is a full skylight, with automatic retractable blinds, focusing the sun and warmth in the winter, whilst providing cool shade in the summer.

The Four Seasons Roof Garden is open from 11am - 11pm daily and can seat 120 guests for lunch and dinner or 200 for cocktails. At night, the Four Seasons Roof Garden offers great food and beverages to the soft music and lights of a very unique atmosphere.

Plaza Bar Lounge
The Plaza Bar Lounge, located on the 15th floor, is available to all guest on our Plaza Club floors. The Plaza Bar Lounge is the perfect place for busy executives to relax, enjoy a newspaper along with food and beverages, or to conduct their business meetings.

The restaurant also offers specialty items originating from Beijing and Shanghai, prepared by our regional chefs to satisfy the most discerning pallets.

The Dynasty Jade Garden seats 170 guests with nine private and semi-private rooms to cater for our guests needs. Nightly live traditional Chinese music accompanies diners on their culinary journey.

The Dynasty Jade Garden is open daily for Dim Sum, lunch and dinner from 7.30am until 11.00pm.

Lobby Lounge & Bar
Situated in the center of the elegant main lobby, the Lounge offers a comprehensive range of imported beverages, delicious snacks and afternoon tea. The ideal location to relax in the evening and enjoy the soothing music of the resident trio. The Lobby Lounge & Bar is open daily from 8.00am to midnight.

Garden Café
This delightful 130 seat restaurant is situated off the main lobby and enjoys a view of our ground floor garden with easy access to all features of the Hotel. Serving an international buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, in addition to a comprehensive A la Carte menu. Daily specials are prepared to enhance our guests' dining experience by our top international chefs. Our Garden Café is open 24 hours, with room service available.

Manhattan Bar & Grill
The Manhattan offers elegant dining in a relaxed and informal East Coast setting with an extensive A la Carte menu and a wide choice of American and European wines. The restaurant has an open grill kitchen and a refrigerated counter display that allows guests to choose their favorite cut of meat and observe our Chef cooking it to perfection. The restaurant, in addition to seating 140 guests, has a charming bar allowing guests to enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif or an after dinner liqueur, along with a choice of gourmet coffee. The Manhattan Bar & Grill is located on the 2nd floor of the State Guest Hotel and is open until Midnight, every night.
